Nepeta is easily my 2nd favorite troll, aside from Terezi that is. Oddly enough, the only les pairing I support is Jade/Nepeta. Go figure!

Hm. Well, at the moment it would be Karkat, but that's mainly because he & Sollux are the only ones currently in immediate danger. I don't want Sollux to die either, but he'd probably be a bit happier dead than Karkat would be.

Huh. You are definitely an odd specimen. No favorites with 12 to choose from, and with such distinct personalities to boot. Let me ask, when did you come into the story?

Also, do you have a favorite character in general?

Well, I came in during Hivebent, but paused about halfway through Act 1 to read through Problem Slueth. And it's not that I don't have favorite trolls, it's just that my favorites change pretty frequently. The only trolls I really never liked were Eridan (felt bad for him, but he was such a douche) & Feferi (didn't dislike her, but she never got enough development to make me care).
I suppose if I had to pick my absolute favorite, it would be John. However, there are just too many likeable characters. I suppose, at the moment, including all characters dead & alive, I would rank them : John, Jade, Nepeta, Aradia, Vriska, Karkat, Kanaya, Terezi, Dave, Rose, Equius, Tavros, Sollux, Gamzee, Feferi, Eridan. However, Gamzee used to be in the top 5 before he went psycho, Equius was temporarily much higher until he let Gamzee kill him, & the others al typically fluctuate based on what's going on in the story at the moment.
